FAQ
Pricing, platforms, travel and how booking works.
How much does it cost to live-stream an event in Los Angeles?
Most productions run two days or more. With our standard setup for two 10-hour days in the Los Angeles area: a corporate event is about $10,450–$11,950, a product launch about $11,850–$13,600, and a concert about $25,150–$28,950 — crew, equipment and service fee included. Reality shows vary in length, so we price them by the day: about $11,750–$13,500 per day. Our pricing tool gives you a range for your exact event in a minute.
What is included in a live stream?
Every production includes a technical director and an assistant, the cameras and switcher, audio (from the venue or our own microphones), crew intercom when needed, streaming to your platform and the recordings after the event. Graphics, picture-in-picture, 4K, jib, drone and bonded cellular backup are available as add-ons.
Which platforms can you stream to?
YouTube, Facebook, Bigo, Twitch, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and any RTMP or SRT destination — including your own website player or an internal company channel. We can stream to several platforms at the same time.
What if the venue internet is unreliable?
We add bonded cellular backup, which combines several mobile connections so the stream stays up even if the venue network drops.
Do you work outside Los Angeles?
Yes. We have produced events across the US and internationally — including Las Vegas, San Francisco, New York, Miami, Berlin, Zurich, Dubai, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Medellín and São Paulo — working with trusted local crews.
Can you add graphics, names and remote guests?
Yes. We design names, titles and logo graphics for your event, and bring remote guests in with picture-in-picture or split screens.
Do you shoot in 4K?
Yes, 4K / UHD production is available. HD (1080p) is the standard for most live streams and costs less; we will tell you which one makes sense for your platform.
How do I book?
